Nearly one third of UK properties sit above an historic coalfield with 20,000 properties being located within 1m of a coal mine entry. As a result, there are potential risks to properties and to un-suspecting property owners if the property is located within a coal mining area.

This video will cover the risks associated with historic coal mining and reveal how our reports help to identify these issues, so you as the solicitor can advise your client on next steps.
