Customer Success Consultant 

Sam joined Landmark Legal’s Customer Service team in 2017 with over 10 years of previous customer service experience. She has built up a wealth of knowledge on Landmark’s reports which she uses to answer customer inquiries and support her colleagues. Sam now spends the majority of her time with the Customer Success team, focusing on the Landmark Academy and assisting with key Sales and Marketing projects, whilst continuing to provide support as a Senior Customer Service Advisor.
