The Law Society’s 2026 Property Conference will be held at Law Society’s Hall, 113 Chancery Lane, London, WC2A 1PL on Wednesday the 7th of October.
The conference is designed to help property practitioners balance change and reform and has a program of sessions from experienced practitioners across the property sector. It will cover important topics such as:
- Legal reform, including the Renters’ Rights Act and abolition of upwards-only rent reviews
- Law Society policy priorities and what property practitioners are telling the profession’s representative body
- Digitisation and AI in property law, including its role in property and conveyancing workflows and how to bridge knowledge gaps with clients and colleagues
- Recent residential and commercial property case law
- AML and compliance obligations
