Hannah Parr

Operations Manager. 

Hannah joined Landmark Legal in 2012 as a Customer Service Advisor, with over 10 years Customer Service experience.  Over the following 14 years, she progressed into leadership roles within the Service team, recently being promoted to Operations Manager.  In this role, she now oversees our Customer Service and Environmental Report teams, focussing on delivery, efficiency, and customer experience. 

Hannah is a champion of the voice of both customer and employee and has represented this throughout our recent system and report transformation projects. She also represents Landmark Legal in our cross-group Customer Experience team, showcasing the great work our teams do and contributing to our many Customer Experience awards.
