
Caitlin O’Sullivan
Caitlin has been with Landmark for seven years, moving from Customer Services to Senior Customer Services Advisor. She enjoys the people side of her role, listening, solving tricky queries and supporting clients and resellers from first contact through to resolution. Day to day she handles complex cases, keeps customers updated, and works closely with colleagues across Product, Consultancy and supplier teams to resolve queries. Alongside her role, she contributes to Landmark’s Awards Team, helping shape and present entries that earned recognition across multiple award programmes, and she has recently since completed her ICS Communications Qualification.
